These Terms of Use govern access to The Reserve Rooster platform during the founding pilot. They are interim and will be replaced by final, lawyer-reviewed terms before paid plans begin.
The platform
The Reserve Rooster is a connection, credential, and onboarding platform. It is not a staffing agency and is not the employer of any educator. It does not process payroll or determine wages.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully, and not to misrepresent credentials, availability, or centre details.
No warranty
The platform is provided as-is during the pilot. Coverage matches and bookings are not guaranteed.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the pilot progresses. Material changes will be communicated to participating users.
