Centre Agreement
Founding Pilot · Version 1.0 · Effective September 13, 2026
This agreement outlines the responsibilities of childcare centres using The Reserve Rooster during the founding pilot.
Your role
As a centre, you are solely responsible for determining the appropriate employment relationship, completing payroll onboarding, making payments, and meeting regulatory and licensing obligations.
Our role
The Reserve Rooster organizes information and introductions. It is not the employer of educators and does not handle payroll.
Pilot terms
Founding pilot centres are not charged automatically during the pilot. Future billing terms will be agreed in writing before paid plans begin.
Conduct
You agree to provide accurate coverage details and to use educator information lawfully.
