Starting in Ontario and built to expand across Canada, we make it easier for centres to add the educators they hire to their own payroll — by securely organizing the information centres need, when they need it.

No. We are a connection, credential, and onboarding platform. Centres hire educators directly and manage their own payroll and employment relationships.
Are educators employees of The Reserve Rooster?
No. The platform connects centres and educators. The Reserve Rooster is not the employer and does not determine worker classification.
Which regions do you support?
We are starting in Ontario and built to expand across Canada. Educators can select multiple service regions and set a travel radius.
How are credentials handled?
Educators organize credentials on their profile and centres can review that information. We do not independently verify credentials unless a verification feature explicitly performs that check.
Is there a cost to join?
Pricing will be introduced over time. During early access, centres and educators can join and explore the platform at no cost.
