What is Reserve Rooster?

Question

Accepted Answer

The Reserve Rooster is a childcare workforce network that connects licensed childcare centres with qualified educators for short-term, relief, casual, and substitute coverage. Centres can post coverage needs, search and invite educators, build a preferred Reserve Roster, manage bookings, review credentials, and organize onboarding information. Educators can create professional profiles, list qualifications and experience, upload credentials, set availability, receive opportunities, and connect directly with centres. The platform is designed to simplify workforce coverage while allowing centres to retain responsibility for hiring, payroll, and regulatory obligations.
